IRIS® Development Option

IRIS® Development Option (IDO) is a bundled package for basic program development on the IRIX Operating System. IDO includes an ANSI certified C compiler, libraries for X11, Motif, Open GL, Digital 21 media libraries, Software Packager, the SGI Style Guide, as well as performance, linking and other tools. IDO is a required component for any other Silicon Graphics provided programming language.
